Simon Cavicchia is a supervisory Master coach at Thinking Partners.

Simon is an experienced leadership coach, executive coach, team coach, coach supervisor and facilitator. He is experienced in human systems dynamics, adult education theory and practice. 

Simon draws on his experience in consulting, deep human systems understanding and psychology to enable individuals and organisations to successfully navigate the complexities of transformational change processes, develop their senior leaders and leadership cultures. Having graduated from Oxford University in Modern Languages, he went on to do a Masters in Organisational Development from the University of Surrey and several other academic accomplishments later, he went on to being a member of faculty on the Ashridge Masters in Executive Coaching. For eight years he led the Masters Programme in Coaching Psychology at the Metanoia Institute in London. He was also a faculty member on the Masters in Organisational Development – A Gestalt Approach, also at the Metanoia Institute.

Rajesh has done extensive work in training and facilitation in areas of storytelling. Rajesh holds an ICF ACC credential from ICF Global and is currently doing his Level 2 certification course towards a PCC credential from ICF Global. He is a certified Holding Space practitioner.
